常見雙謂語(yǔ)錯(cuò)誤句型
英語(yǔ)中一個(gè)簡(jiǎn)單句只能出現(xiàn)一個(gè)謂語(yǔ)動(dòng)詞,因?yàn)橹^語(yǔ)必須由動(dòng)詞擔(dān)任,但動(dòng)詞不一定作謂語(yǔ),不少同學(xué)因受漢語(yǔ)習(xí)慣影響將非謂語(yǔ)動(dòng)詞作謂語(yǔ)使用,造成雙謂語(yǔ)錯(cuò)誤句型。常見雙謂語(yǔ)錯(cuò)誤句型誤用句型如下:
一、誤用定語(yǔ)性動(dòng)作作謂語(yǔ)
例 站在那兒的學(xué)生來(lái)自北京。
(誤) The student stood there came from Beijing.
(正)The student standing there came from Beijing.
(正)The student who stood there came from Beijing.
析:“站在那兒”屬定語(yǔ)性動(dòng)作,修飾名詞“學(xué)生”,因此屬誤用。
二、誤用賓語(yǔ)性動(dòng)作作謂語(yǔ)
不少同學(xué)不能根據(jù)謂語(yǔ)成分成立條件,誤用謂語(yǔ)動(dòng)詞表達(dá)賓語(yǔ)性動(dòng)作,造成雙謂語(yǔ)錯(cuò)誤句型。
例 她說(shuō)她將明確拒絕給予他幫助。
(誤)She said she would refuse clearly help him.
(正)She said she would refuse clearly to help him.
析:“幫助他” 屬賓語(yǔ)性動(dòng)作,不能作謂語(yǔ)動(dòng)詞help him表達(dá),應(yīng)用不定式to help him表達(dá)。
三、誤用表語(yǔ)性動(dòng)作作謂語(yǔ)
例 我的人生目標(biāo)是在一切領(lǐng)域取得成績(jī)。
(誤)My life aim is make achievements in everything.
(正)My life aim is to make / making achievements in everything.
析:“在一切領(lǐng)域取得成績(jī)”屬表語(yǔ)性動(dòng)作,不能用謂語(yǔ)動(dòng)詞make achievements in everything表達(dá),應(yīng)用動(dòng)詞不定式to make achievements in everything或動(dòng)名詞making achievements in everything表達(dá)。
四、誤用狀語(yǔ)性動(dòng)作作謂語(yǔ)
例 他手里拿著一本書走進(jìn)教室。
(誤)He came into the room, held a book in his hand.
(正)He came into the room, holding a book in his hand.
析:“手里拿著一本書”屬伴隨狀語(yǔ),因此不能用謂語(yǔ)動(dòng)詞held表達(dá),應(yīng)用現(xiàn)在分詞holding表達(dá)。
五、“有……人做某事”句型的誤用
表“有……人做某事”時(shí),不少學(xué)生沒有考慮到“做某事”已為謂語(yǔ)動(dòng)詞,又使用there be句型,造成雙謂語(yǔ)錯(cuò)誤句型。
例 今天有二十個(gè)學(xué)生遲到。
(誤)There are twenty students are late today.
(正)Twenty students are late today.
(正)There are twenty students who are late today.
析:“有”與“遲到”均屬動(dòng)詞,不能同時(shí)使用。
