連詞and和or在句中的用法和區(qū)別

and和or是初中英語的常見并列連詞，用于引導(dǎo)兩個并列的詞、詞組或句子。and的基本意思是“和，與”，or的基本意思是“或者，還是”。它們的用法區(qū)別如下：

1. 并列結(jié)構(gòu)中，and用于肯定句，or通常用于否定句表示“和，與”之意。

There are some students and teachers on the playground.

There is no air or water in the moon.

---I don’t like chicken ___ fish.

---I don’t like chicken, ___ I like fish very much.

2. or用在選擇疑問句中，意為“或者，還是”。例如：
