- declare既可用作及物動詞,又可用作不及物動詞。用作及物動詞時,其后接名詞、代詞或that從句作賓語。不接動名詞,也不接動詞不定式?？捎糜诒粍诱Z態(tài)。
- declare后可接由to be/as加名詞、形容詞、副詞或介詞短語充當補足語的復合賓語。to be/as有時可以省略。
- declare接復合結構時可以用動詞不定式或由wh-引起的疑問詞從句作賓語,但它們都由it代替,而它們本身則移到補語后面,此時它的補語多為形容詞。
