there being的用法

用法一、there being相儅於一個(gè)獨(dú)立主格結(jié)搆，可在句子中用做狀語，表示原因等。如：

(1) There being too many new words, I find the text difficult. 由於生詞太多，我認(rèn)爲(wèi)課文很難。

(2) There being a lot of work to be done, I don't know what to do. 由於很多事情要做，我不知道該如何是好。

用法二、相儅於一個(gè)帶有邏輯主語的動(dòng)詞-ing形式。在句子中可做介詞(除介詞for外) 的賓語。如：

(1) The crops grow well because of there being enough rain this year. 由於今年雨水充足，莊稼長(zhǎng)得很好。

(2) Judging from there being no much furniture in the house, we know that they are very poor. 從他家沒有什麼家具來看，我們知道他們很窮。
