The weather was cold, but the trip was pleasant.
It was a pleasant surprise to see her again.
Make an effort to be pleasant at the party.
It's pleasant [pleasing] to the ear.
She is not very beautiful but very pleasant [pleasing].
The children were very pleased.
I'm very pleased at [about, with] your success.
We're very pleased that you've decided to go with us.
