much more…than 后接形容詞或不可數(shù)名詞，例：much more water, much more beautiful
many more…than 后接可數(shù)名詞，例：many more people

no more than 相當于only，僅僅，只有;
not more than 至多，不超過。
majority, most
majority 只能修飾可數(shù)名詞，例：the majority of people
most 可數(shù)不可數(shù)均可。

by oneself 單獨的，獨自的;
for oneself 為自己;
